SHU RENTAL will provide you with all necessary additional information to fulfill these requests and will assist you in accordance with the conditions and procedures prescribed by the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. In case of complexity or a large number of requests, we may need additional time to respond. This period may not exceed 90 days, and we will inform you separately. The competent authority for personal data protection in the Republic of Serbia is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, an autonomous and independent state authority established by law and responsible for supervising the implementation of the Law on Personal Data Protection and other data-related laws. Information about the subject may be excluded from publicly available sources of personal data at any time at their request.
