We took a car for a New Year trip in Serbia, we were very satisfied. I confirm the high quality of the fleet, which others have already mentioned: fresh, clean, complete cars. No comparison with what the locals provide - I've been here almost a year. Special thanks for the actions in an emergency! We had a malfunction on the highway: January 1, evening, dark and raining. Andrew answered the first call: “I'm on my way”. With the team very quickly rushed over, transferred us and drove us to the door. The response in such situations is especially telling! I categorically recommend the company and the team of VROOM. Anything happens, but you are in good hands here!

Hi everyone!!! As a regular customer (who apparently tries all the cars from the guys 😂), I have now tried Skoda Fabia this weekend. The car is very pleasing in all parameters, excellent visibility, surprisingly very comfortable suspension and seats (two days of 5 hours driving) and of course the automatic transmission, which helped a lot in traffic jams at the border. As always, kudos to the guys for the service and for the opportunity to travel to different parts of the Balkans! 👍

Good afternoon! I want to write a word of thanks to the guys for making our trip to the ski center Kopaonikt unforgettable! We came from Novi Sad, the cars were delivered right to the station, on time, without delays! The cars are brand new, clean and well equipped for traveling, such a comfortable ride from vw polo, I did not expect, but when I drove it, I loved it! A huge bonus was that when we turned in the vehicle, the guys took us to where we needed to go and we didn't have to wait for a cab and stand in the snow! Guys, thank you, prosperity and good customers!

We took a black Polo for 2 days, went for a ride in Golubac. Everything was very pleasant: - during the trip the car never failed once (there were no hidden broken points): - when returning the car was a little delayed, the rental was loyal - the car was clean, with everything we needed - A big plus is that you can take out full hull insurance and not “freeze” a large amount of money in the deposit. The staff speaks Russian and in general very polite and friendly. We say thank you!
